Some of us just get out of bed with no routine, no real action plan and that’s absolutely fine. But adding these things to your morning will make it great believe me.
I especially like number 10. Music always gets me pumped.

Not hitting the snooze button has been key for me. Getting up with my first alarm has made me feel less groggy and more with it!
