Giving back at Christmas.
Me and my mum are so fortunate to have a roof over our head at the most celebrated time of the year.
Also to be lucky enough to have a big ass roast dinner. Some people don’t have any of these luxuries.
So this year we both decided to donate £19 to the Salvation Army so they can feed someone this Christmas day and keep them warm at the same time.
I prefer to give than receive at Christmas so this warmed my heart being charitable.
If you feel like you want to do the same have a nosey on
Do a random act of kindness this December.
That’s a lovely thing to do. The Salvation Army do a brilliant job looking after people in crisis. Your donation will definitely help them to help others.
We saw the advert on TV and I said to mum I felt sad for those that don’t have family or shelter or food at Christmas so that’s what we decided to do xxx
My parents volunteer for them all year round. It is very sad that without the Salvation Army some people would have nothing at all.
