This is Hannah who is a mental health nurse by trade, beginning to branch out as a mental health and wellbeing coach.
She’s a mum of 2 and step mum of 4, ages range from 2-18. So home life can be extremely busy, but all good fun.
So let’s get to know Hannah
and what makes her a fierce female
What makes you feel powerful?
I always feel stronger after meditating and finding my inner strength, allowing all the stresses around me melt away. I also look at myself in the mirror and tell myself I am awesome
What 3 strong women do you look up to?
Michelle Obama is an inspiration. I loved reading her autobiography. She is such a down to earth woman who is humbled by all the amazing opportunities that have opened up for her.
Sarah Steckler founder of Mindful Productivity because she is again really down to earth and open about her own struggles through life.
My mum because she has so much confidence in herself. We may not always see eye to eye but her inner strength and conviction is something I aspire to achieve in myself
What advice would you give to someone needing to find their inner fierceness?
I try to remind myself of all the positive things people tell me about myself. And remind myself that if I were to call others all the horrible things I call myself, no one would like me! I highly recommend meditation to help calm the mind and then focus on the positive messages in their life
Please feel free to go follow Hannah on her socials and her blog

Here is Em introducing herself and her blog
Hi, I’m Em. After not reading much for the past few years I decided to set myself a challenge for 2019. This challenge was to read 25 books in the year. So far at the time of writing this, we are 8 months in I am on 79 books. My blog is a place where I review and talk everything books. I’m fairly new to it (couple of months) but I’m really enjoying it and am starting to trail new ideas.
A few facts about me:
– I own (currently) over 640 books
– I have not read Harry Potter yet, hopefully this will change soon (please don’t hate me)
– I mainly only buy second hand books

Til then my loves
Gone are the days where people simply sat down at a desk or a, table and wrote in a book… I mean I still do it but things started to consume our lives….and get in the way.
Making sure your phone is fully charged so you can scroll through the whole of Instagram liking pics of peoples lives instead of creating your own life.
Having your ego boosted by how many likes /loves and whatever Emoji you have. Sure it can make you happy temporarily but is it that important to you. Personally I just share and if I get comments and likes then I do it’s not a goal I aim for like some do.
Sometimes it even gets in the way of relationships. Do you ever think would you be able to spend a week say with your significant other with no social media interaction. You love them more I’d hope to put it aside for the time you spend with them.
Social media isn’t going anywhere soon so do yourself a favour and look away for a bit. Don’t consume this thing we call life by obsessing over someone else’s.
