Last Monday I started a diet of trying to eat a bit healthier

I said I’d keep you updated on the progress of it.

Week 1

I did eat salads, veg, meat,coud cous, pasta and potatoes and to be honest some unhealthy treats slipped in there somewhere.

Some days I found were easier to stay on track than others and I guess at the mo being inside 24/7 that’s how it will be.

I managed to lose 2lbs which I think a loss is better than a gain.

Let’s hope I can lose some more pounds next week…
