I fear that last week was a total waste of time as I didn’t stay on track, I ate ice cream and chocolate most days and I can only say I’m disappointed in myself. I’m back to the beginning as I put on the 2lbs I lost…

Gonna skip next week as mother nature is due at some point so once she’s buggered off the healthy eating and weigh ins will start again.

Half of me blames me for lack of staying focused and half of me blames the fridge for letting me take the food from him 😂
