Wednesday went like this

ITS WEDNESDAY MORNING

I slept pretty well which is a change. I’m usually one of those tossing and turning types. So waking up feeling rather fresh was nice. I thought what can I do with myself that doesn’t require going out the house.

I’m writing a book at the moment so I knew that I need to squeeze in an hour or two at some point today of sheer brain power. If you want something bad enough you will make time for it, I believe that.

So I’ve watched some interesting videos on YouTube, ones I’ve had in my watch later for a little while. Now they are watched I can fill it back up with more 😂

My Alexa at present is blasting out some quality tunes from Kisstory…if you aren’t from the UK Kisstory is a radio station dedicated to throwbacks. It’s bloody great to have your own karaoke day in the comfort of your own home.

Oooo look at that it’s midday…..it’s lunch time….I’ll be back in a bit

Wow who knew cous cous and tuna tasted so good together.

WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON

I am really digging my nail varnishes I picked up from Superdrug so I’m just gonna take off and refresh. They are by Revolution. Even better they are on offer 3 for 2. Also I heard that Revolution are coming to Boots which is the best cos I have a boots nearly on my doorstep.

My thumbnail has caught in the quick, which for us girls with natural nails is ouchy. Not only that when i pluck up the courage to pull it I’ll have to cut all my nails down so I don’t look like an oddington

The weather is so pants here, so it’s nice to listen to the rain from the inside. I thought it was the perfect opportunity to take 15 mins to meditate/chill the fook out. I don’t sit in a funny position, I find somewhere where it’s clutter free and nobody else is there.

It really helps my anxiety levels to do this as it’s just concentrating on the here and now and doing controlled breathing. I will do a post on this soon, many of you will be able to benefit from it…even if you don’t suffer from anxiety that much.

Now that’s done I can grab my notepad and start brainstorming….

I have blog posts to plan, a list to make of things I want to buy to jazz my room up a bit, a few places I want to visit and want to do more research, and obviously my book writing. So me and my notepad will be best friends for the rest of the afternoon, oh and good old google…actually, I’m older than google 😯

I intend to hopefully have a earlyish night tonight but i bet as soon as my head hits the pillow I’ll be wide awake. Always the way isn’t it.
