I believe that if you just stay in one place doing the same boring thing day in day out you won’t change, it’s pretty obvious.

Self-improvement is such a great thing to do and its so easy. you can do as little of it or as much of it as you like.

My advice is to do a little each day and don’t let anybody or anything get in your way. Set yourself goals along the way and reward yourself with whatever you like once you’ve smashed them.

I’ll be doing some more self-improvement posts over the month of March. So keep your peepers open to when I’ve posted them on here.

Hope your week is off to a great start and if it’s not, then make sure you change it.

When things get in the way

I have to first of all apologise for the lack of posts this month…

I have been to a few appointments either at the hospital or Drs as its been 4 weeks now since major surgery took place.

Then I have been trying to catch up on my sleep as and when as my body clock is still on the 6am time they woke you up at the hospital.

Then I’ve been spending time with my boyfriend. We tend to only go on our phones if needed when together as we cherish our times together.

March hopefully with a little bit of planning will be lots of content and thank you so much for being understanding 😘

The next post will be my February monthly favourites so keep your eyes open for that… Probably Tuesday.

CHANGES THAT WILL IMPROVE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH

Here are a few tips to help start changing your mental health for the better

  • Unfollow unhealthy social media accounts
  • Limit the time you spend on social media
  • End toxic friendships and relationships
  • Get rid of negative people
  • Prioritise your social circle
  • Make meditation part of a daily routine
  • Dedicate 30mins a day to just relax
  • Put your phone to one side at bedtime
  • Write in a journal
  • Practice mindfulness
  • Choose to think positively
  • Dress more colourfully
  • Do some yoga or pilates
  • Drink more water
  • Let light in when you get up
