I shouldn’t laugh… but I have been here umpteen times in my grown-up years.  Sometimes it’s worked and other times something has upset the apple cart and the naughty food has found its way back in my cupboards and into my mouth.


So this morning I started off my new way of eating, to try to shift some weight and some inches if possible, one or the other or both would be great.

Of course I needed an app to help me along or I think i would give up before my second meal.  The app is called Itrackbites (this link is to the play store – not sponsored just giving it a try). It’s free and if you ever done weight watchers before 2011 and succeeded like I did then the cravings plan is the one to go for. I get 22 points a day and 35 weeklys.

I think just as long as you don’t go over your points then you can eat what you like if I remember but of course today’s looks a bit bland – our shopping arrived after dinner so now have more variety and I will be having fruit, veg and other healthy bits but just thought I got to start somewhere.

Maybe I’ll check in next week and let you know my progress.
